Terms of Use
GCI PTE · GCI Education (GCI Language), Surrey, British Columbia, Canada
1. Your account
Your account is personal to you. Keep your password private and don’t share your access with others. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
2. Course access
Access is provided for your personal study for the period of the plan you bought (or as set out in your enrolment agreement with GCI Education). Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
3. Course materials
All lessons, practice tests, recordings and model answers are owned by GCI Education and are original material. You may not copy, resell, publish or share them.
4. Scores and results
PTE Academic and PTE Core are scored by Pearson’s computer system on a 10–90 scale. All scores, CLB levels and Australian English levels shown in this course — whether auto-marked, AI-estimated or tutor-marked — are GCI estimates to guide your preparation. They are not official PTE results, and we cannot guarantee any particular score in the real test. Certificates confirm course completion only.
5. Acceptable use
Please submit your own work, be respectful in anything you write or record, and don’t attempt to interfere with the service.
6. Study, visa and immigration information
Information in this course about the PTE scores that universities, visa programs (for example in Australia, New Zealand or the UK) or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) ask for — including CLB equivalents for PTE Core — is general, provided for learning purposes and may change at any time. It is not immigration advice. Always confirm current requirements with the official source (for example the IRCC website, the Department of Home Affairs or your university) before you book or rely on a result.
7. Trademarks
PTE, PTE Academic and PTE Core are trademarks of Pearson. GCI PTE is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson; all practice material is original.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version here. Questions: info@gcieducation.ca. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
